We recommend that you do not include special categories of personal data in your CV, such as health, criminal conviction, religion or membership information; such data is not used in the assessment of applications.

• Receiving your enquiries, questions and suggestions and responding to you
• Conducting quotation and service processes
• Evaluating job applications and conducting recruitment processes
• Fulfilling our legal obligations

4. Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed on the legal bases set out in KVKK Art. 5/2-(c) “directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract”, Art. 5/2-(ç) “necessary for compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller” and Art. 5/2-(f) “necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed”, together with the explicit consent you give when submitting the form.

5. Transfers

Your form data is delivered only to our relevant internal teams via our corporate email infrastructure. Your personal data is not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Transfers may only be made upon the request of legally authorised public authorities, within the limits prescribed by legislation.

6. Collection Method and Retention

Your data is collected electronically through the forms on our website. Form data is not stored in a database; it is delivered as corporate email. The CV file you upload is deleted from the temporary record on the server once email delivery is complete. Data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and for the statutory limitation periods prescribed by applicable legislation; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Cloudflare Turnstile is used on form submissions for bot protection.

7. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

• a)To learn whether your personal data is being processed
• b)To request information if it has been processed
• c)To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose
• d)To know the third parties, domestically or abroad, to whom the data has been transferred
• e)To request rectification of incomplete or inaccurately processed data
• f)To request erasure or destruction of the data under the conditions set out in the law
• g)To request that rectification, erasure and destruction operations be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred
• h)To object to an adverse outcome arising from analysis carried out solely by automated systems
• i)To claim compensation for damage suffered as a result of unlawful processing

8. How to Submit a Request

You may submit requests concerning your rights, together with information verifying your identity, in writing to the address above or by email to our corporate email address. Your requests will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest; where the process requires additional cost, the fee set out in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.

9. Cookies

Our website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function: a cookie that remembers your language preference and your appearance (light/dark theme) preference. No analytics, profiling or advertising cookies are used. You can delete or block cookies at any time via your browser settings; in that case your language preference may not be remembered.
